Webinar: Smart services in smart cities: insights from science mapping analysis and beyond

Data wydarzenia:

The purpose of the webinar is to examine smart services, including demand- and innovation-driven service development, and the trajectory of their development in smart cities. Viewed in this way, smart services become an essential part of the broad concept of smart city and, as such acquire, the attributes of one of the key levers through which smart cities grow, develop, and build their resilience. To understand and evidence the so far underexplored connection between smart services and smart cities, this paper builds on our ongoing research devoted to smart cities’ competitiveness. Smart services constitute but a part of this broader research agenda. The presentation (presenter: Radosław Malik, Ph.D.) and discussion (discussant: Anna Visvizi, Ph.D. (dr hab.) during the seminar are devoted to this complex topic.
