Closing of the Lending Desk at the SGH Library between 18 and 23 November 2022
Due to the implementation of ALMA library resource management system and the PRIMO VE search engine, on November 17th (before midnight), all preliminary services provided in the framework Aleph library system will be disabled.
From 18th to 23rd November 2022 the Lending Desk will be closed. It will not be possible to order, borrow, return and prolongate your books.
The General Reading Room and the Periodicals Reading Room – within above mentioned days – will remain open to readers during standard hours and will ensure their functions to the full extent (except for night lendings).
The launch of the new system and the reopening of the Lending Desk to all readers is scheduled for Thursday, November 24th, 2022 (midnight).
Please be advised that you should order publications that you need by November 2022 17th at 4pm and collect them by 8 pm on 17th November 2022. It will be possible to prolong the books you borrowed until November 17th 2022 at 8 pm.
You are kindly asked to check your library accounts and return all held books until November 17th, 2022. Please notice, the access to your library account in the SGH Library Catalogue will be restricted starting from 8 pm on November 17th 2022 till midnight November 23rd.
